Healty & Tasty Mix Vegetable Soup

Winter season mai hamesha kuch na kuch garam garam(hot) khanae peene ka man karta rehta hai. Garam khanae se hamari body garam rahati hai . Aajkal Corona Kaal mai most of the family healthy aur ghar mai bani cheeje hi khana prefer kar rahi hai.

Aaj mai aapke saath mix vegetable soup ki recepie share kar rahi hun. Mix veg soup bananae mai time bhi kaafi kum lagta hai. Market mai winter season mai Broccoli, Sweet corn, Carrot, Capsicum, beans etc sabjiyan khoob milti hai aur wo bhi kaafi saste daam par. Mai toh week mein ek baar jaroor soup baanti hun. Sabko kaafi achha lagta hai.

Ingredient:

  • Broccoli — 1(approx 100gm)
  • Sweet Corn — 100gm
  • Shimla Mirch (Capsicum) — 1
  • Gajar (Carrots) — 1
  • Beans — 2 or 3
  • Onion — 1
  • Kaali Mirch (Black Pepper) — 1/2 tea spoon
  • water — 3 Glass
  • Salt — 1/2tea spoon (according to taste)
  • Sugar — 1/2 tea spoon
  • Vinegar — 1 spoon
  • Corn Floor — 2.5 spoon (for thickness)
  • Soy Sauce — 1 spoon (for color)

Steps

  1. Hum sabse pahale sabji aur sweet corn ko achhae se wash kar late hai.
  2. Sab sabji ko baarik baarik cut kar laate hai.
  3. Aab ek bartan mai jismae hume soup banana hai usmai 3 glass pani daalkar sabhi sabjiyon ke saath ublnae ke liyae rakh dete hai. Sweet corn bhi usmai daal dete hai.
  4. Ab ubalte huve soup mai namak aur 1 spoon sugar daal dete hai. 10 min tak ubaalte hai. 10 minute mai sabjiyan lagbhag soft ho jati hai.
  5. Aab ek bowl mai 2 ya 3 spoon corn floor ko mix kar lete hai phir soup mai achhae se hilatae huve mix kar dete hai.
  6. Last mai ek spoon vinegar aur soy sauce dalker 1,2 minute tak aur ubaal lete hai. Soup banker tyar ho gaya hai. Seve karnae ke liye ready hai.
