Tasty and Healthy Amla Gudh Chutney

“Vitamin C se bharpur, Amla sabko khana hai Jarur”

Hum sab jantae hai ki Amla bhaut sare guno se bharpur hota hai, khana bhi sab chahatae hai. Lakin samaj nahi aata ki Amala ko kis form mai khaya jai. Amlae ka Murraba bhi kaphi healthy hota hai, lekin sugar (diabetes) patient khanae se dartae hai because of excess of sugar. Aur Amla aachar(pickle) sab like nahi kartae hai.

Mai apke saath bhaut hi asan si gudh amla chuteny ki recipe share kar rahi hu, jisko banana ekdum hi aasan hai. Koi westage bhi nahi. Ekdum healthy and tasty.

Reciepe

Time Required: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Amla — 500gm
  • Gudh — 150 to 200gm
  • Pani(water) — 1cup
  • namak(salt) — half tea spoon (according to taste)
  • kali mirch (Black pepper) — Half tea spoon (according to taste)

Steps

  1. Amlae ko achhae se dho kar cooker mai ek cup pani ke sath boil kar lae. 2,3 sete(whisitle) hi sufficient hai amla boil karnae ke liyae.

2. Amlae boil ho gae hai. Ab Amlo se pani drain kar lae, Lakin us pani ko waste nahi karna hai us pani ko amlo ko pistae time istaemal karna hai.

3. Amlo ko deseed karna hai.Boil karnae ke baad seeds easily remove ho jate hai.

4. Ab mixy ki help se Amlo ko grind kar lete hai. Grind karne ke baad amlae ko pan mai cook karne ke liyae gas par rakh dete hai. Ab usmae Gudh dalker achhae se chalete rethte hai jab tak ki gudh mix na ho jae.

5. Last mae Namak aur Kali Mirch dal kar thodi der tak pakatae rehtae hai. Is sab mai lagbhg 20min lagtae hai. Ab chutney banker ready ho gae hai. Chutney ekdum Jam ke jaise lagti hai. Is Chutney ko hum glass jar mai store kar sakte hai.
